L1 A Visa
Hi,
I have maxed out on L1B visa and returned back to India 15 days before max out in Nov 2014. Right now I am in Canada on work permit but have not completed 1 year clause of being outside USA before re-entering. Even I have not completed the 1 year term, Can I still go ahead and start processing the USA L1A Visa if I want and plan to travel after 1 year gap? or shall I need to wait till 1 year gets completed for applying?
