    L1 A Visa Query

    Hi,
    I have got maxout last year on L1B and traveled back India in month of Nov 2014. Now I am in Canada and want to apply for L1A Blanket for USA.
    Will I be able to apply atleast if not travelling since I have not completed the 1 year gap of staying outside USA after max out?
