Hi All,
My Company has filed my L1B individual visa on 20 May 2015 with regular processing. its now more than 2 months still no decision is taken.
Since I already had L1B individual visa stamped on Mar 2011. I had RFE on previous L1 and that got approved. I am showcasing the same SKD as previous one.
Now I wanted check what are the chances of getting my new visa approved.
