1. How long with current company - 2 years
2. What are your roles/responsibilities - Explained clearly that I manage a program which involves multiple projects
3. How many report to you - 5 Managers
VO did not give any slip but said clearly not approvable and that I can apply for other visas.
Question is I did not get any form like 221g. Can employer file L1A individual. If so how long should I wait (recommended wait time) to start the process.
Genuinely I am managing around 20 people including direct and indirect reportees.
