Hello,
Just wondering if you can answer my query.
I am a British Citizen, currently living in Dubai and purposely finding a global company that can, after some time (minimum 1 year), transfer me over to the US office.
I have been offered a position as Sales Manager for a US company. They are global and have offices here in the UAE but these are franchised. We still use the companies name, email etc but works under Al Ahli Holding Group of Companies.
Would this prevent me from getting the L1 visa? Even though I am technically working for the same company?
Any help would be great!
Thanks
