Hello everyone,
I am the holder of L -1, my husband is the holder of L-2. Both of our visa stamp will get expired in Oct ,2015 but I had a valid I-129S and I-94 till Oct ,2016.
With the business purposes, my husband need get back to China but he 's unable to get back to US if the trip is after Oct,2015.
My question if it's possible for he to get a fresh stamp to my I-129 S and I-94 which will be expired till Oct ,2016? Thanks.
