New L1 Visa: Question about "Resident of"

Hi,

My company in India has decided to apply for L1 visa for me.

The L1 form that the lawyer has sent has 2 questions about "citizenship" and "resident of".

I am a Citizen of India and currently living in India. However, I am in Canada to complete the landing requirements of my Canadian PR (PR card awaited). Just a short visit for 10 days. I do not want to disclose the Canadian PR to my employer.

Question is around the declaration of Canadian PR in the form. If I do not disclose the Canadian PR, how will that impact my L1 application.
