H1B applied from XYZ consultancy,Can L1 applied from ABC Company?

Currently I am working with the company ABC in India and I have B1/B2 VISA from ABC company.

In April month I have applied H1B from company XYZ (Consultancy) and now its status is "My Case Was Received".Consultancy mentioned that my petition has been picked in lottery.

If my current company ABC want to apply for working visa

1.Which type of Visa can be applyed from me?(I hope L1 is the option)
2.If I am going to apply L1,Is there any impact on my already applied H1B?
3.While applying L1 from company ABC,Do I need to disclose that I have applied H1B from XYZ?(Which I do not want to disclose)
4.Is there any reason to inform the consultancy XYZ that I am applying L1B?

Also let me know in this case what sceanario may araise and what is the risk?

As I am working with company ABC since last 8 months,So I can not apply L1 ..correct?
Is working 1 year with current company is mandatory to apply L1 and there is no waiver clause?
If not eligible for L1,Is there any other type of working VISA which I can apply now?
