Can L2 stay back after L1 returns to India?
Hi... I have an L2 visa... with my husband having an L1... I am planning to attend a training program in US... Can my husband return to India without me?... If so, HOW LONG can I stay in US without him, so that i can complete my training?... Are there any OTHER WAYS to work this out?...
