Transfer L1B from current employeer to new employeer

As the rules have changed for L1B. Now the person on L1B can also work with the employeer client. Is there any update to transfer L1B from current employeer to new employeer rule as well?

Which rules? As far as I know there is no such rule change for L1B . You have to work with your L1B employer while on L1B
