L1B Blanket rejected - Now applying for L1B individual
Hello Members of the forum,
My company applied for L1B Blanket visa for me and i attended the interview on 23rd of July at Chennai but was rejected with the visa stating that - please ask your company to apply for a different category of visa. Perhaps the skill set i explained to the VO , had him think that it was not so specialised and maybe he rejected it.
Now my company is planning to apply L1B Individual visa.
Q1.What is the process ? Is there a website link i can read through the process that needs to be done from end.
Q2. What are my chances after L1B Individual after L1B Blanket was not approved. ?
Q3. What should I be more aware of now and carefull about this time around ?
