Hi,
I have L1B and my wife and kids has L2.
Recently, by a chance, my 6 year old child got to interview in a top model company and they offer a contract for him(yes he does look amazing, not just for us).
The model company requested SSN in order for my son to be eligible for payment.
I have just found out that my child is not eligible to work in US and can't have SSN with the L2 visa and this is really frustrating for the family!
The company I work for do not send the employees for GreenCard.
Except getting green card, what are my options in order to have my son employed by the Model company? Based on the contract he received, can I apply for L1 visa request or special job permit for him?
