L1 visa for Canadian Permanent Residents

Can my company file for L1 visa for me, when I am a Canadian resident. I am not a citizen in Canada, just a PR holder.

Kapil, I am in a similar situation. What was the outcome of your L1 visa application? Were you asked any question specific to Canada PR?

For L1 visa, you do not need to show ties to your home country. You can have PR for any country & can still be able to get your L1 done without any question.
