Hello,
I have a small company web development and design company in New Zealand. We work with client globally but the majority are in the U.S. I have 10 remote employees from several countries around the world. My plan is to move to the U.S and open an office there so we can be closer to our clients. I am the director and full shareholder in the company.
How do I prove that I am the CEO? Can this be proved in the company constitution?
