L1 B VISA PED Expired but valid for 2 more years

Hi,

I have L1 VISA with validity until April 2017 however the PED date on the VISA is April 2014. (as I've completed 5 years on my L1 VISA). I've come back to India prior to PED date and stayed in India since then. I have received PERM approval on March 2015 and applied I140 Form. Please advice what options do I have to go back to US. I don't want to go for H1 B VISA as it involves lottery and chance to get selected are less.

Here are my L1 B VISA Details:

Valid Until : April 2017
PED Date : April 2014

If you have spent 1 continuous year outside of US, you can qualify for fresh 5 years in L1B status. You will of course need a valid petition and possibly a new Visa.
