L1A to Green Card for El Salvador

I am currently working in Europe and my employer is ready to sponsor my L1 visa. I am from El Salvador. Currently they are deciding if they will file it as L1A or L1B. Could you tell me what would be the processing time to convert from L1A to Green Card considering my nationality? Also, what is the processing time from converting from L1B to green card?
