Hi All,
I'm working in MNC company X and they are initiated L1B Individual visa.I've couple questions
1. I read the news , Obama is initiated on march for L1's to easier. can anyone tell, when it's going to effect?
2. As we know, L1 B is specialized knowledge category, as per my experience even though it's specialized knowledge professinals who raised L1 B and they didn't get stamped. what is exact critiria to get stamping from USCIS?
3. I heard that there are more success rate at time of H1 B stamping time(October), because whoever got rejection on H1 after visa interview that quota also added to L1's. Is it true?
4.Is salary also paramter for L1b to get stamping and is that salary should higher than H1b's candidate salary?
can anyone , please give clarifications on the above.it's greathelpful to all L1B applicants.
