Delay in L2 Visa extension approval notice

Hello,

I have filled my wife's L2 visa extension in Jan this year and have received the receipt notice in same month. However, we have not yet received her approval notice. Its been a while.

We also called USCIS customer representative to expedite the processing but it was denied.

Is there anyway we can know the current status of the extension? It is being processed in Vermont office.

Any help or information will be appreciated.

I too had had applied for L2 extension in Jan and yet to receive approval. Until last month the average processing time was 8 months but not it shows as 2.5 months on USCIS website. I too earlier had raised a query and they said it is being processed in the order it was received. Hopefully we should be getting it sometime this month!
