Hi,
I am working with a MNC for last 3 years with their registered office in Boston. I am working in the position of a 'Manager' with them. I have an offer to work at their head office in US for a role which is full time in nature (40 hours a week) but for first 2 years will be a contract role and not on the rolls of the company. I wanted to understand if i can apply for L1A visa or is there some other visa which is applicable.
