    Cooling period for L1

    Hi

    Currently I am on H4 visa in US. My company wants to file a L1 wants me to get the stamping done by coming to India.
    What is the time frame/ days after which I can go for L1 visa stamping once I returned to India.
    Will my staying in US for 7 months on H4 affect my prospects of getting my L1 stamping.
