Minimum Qualification for L1 or L1 Blanket

Is there specific qualification level for "L1" or "L1 Blanket" visa type, I have around 12 years of working experience and associated with this company with more then 6 years.

I work as a frontend developer and I do not have baccalaureate degree, please suggest which visa type can be the option for me if not L.
