Hi All,
I am applying L1B visa from UK through my company. My L1B Blanket visa extension got rejected in Feb 2012. I need to know if I can state about my previous extension rejection in my current application or i shall not declare that (in other words hide that).
Please suggest,
1) If I need to declare about my past rejection (some specialized skills issue reason they had given which was not logical) as based on that they could reject again?
2) If I need to hide that so that they will approve this visa (however there record will show that I am hiding?)
Please let me know if someone has same case and what was the decision.
Thanks,
Amol.
