Travel on L1B on fresh Visa but to different customer , Is this allowed.

Dear friend,

I have two queries regarding travel on the fresh L1 B visa which is not utilized yet. I understand that petition amendment is required to travel to another location or with another customer once I have travelled on L1 B. But my question is

Can I travel for any other customer ( not for customer which has processed my visa ) on fresh visa or not utilized visa
Can I travel for any other location ( not to location for which my visa was processed ) on fresh visa or not utilized visa.

advise would be much appreciated.
