Hello,
I have a B2 visa which was stamped on 27th Sep 2005 and is expiring on 26th Sep 2015. My organization has processed L1A on 13th July 2015 and I was to have travelled to USA for an onsite assignment in the last week of August 2015.
Due to a personal emergency could not take up the assignment. Hence Travel using the L1A Visa for an onsite job assignment has been postponed to March 2016.
I need to go to the US in Oct 2015 for my daughter’s delivery. Can I apply for a B2 visa which is expiring on Sep 26th 2015.Will I get the same and will my L1A status not have an issue.
