Total cost of L1B Visa processing in India.

I am applying for internal transfer to US branch from India and currently the open position doesn't have budget for relocation. The hiring manager was asking me if I can bear the cost of relocation. This includes L1B processing fees. How much would be the total cost of L1B processing including the attorney and actual processing fee.

Based on the cost I have to revert to the hiring manager about my decision.
