Hi Friends,
I have got B1/B2 since 2007 and recently since last 2 years I have travelling a lot and since Jan 2015 I have travelled around 10 times in 8 months, though it was a short trip from1-2 weeks and 3 weeks just once. Recently I travelled to US and then went to Toronto, spent 2 days there and while returning back to US, the immigrant office sent me for Secondary Investigation. There the immigrant officer mentioned that since I am travelling so often that I am providing services in US and he refused me entry to US.
He asked me to revoke my Visa and cancelled it and mentioned, 22 CFR 41 122 (h) (3). He gave me a the transcript stating " found inadmissible as an intending immigrant pursuant to 212 (a) (7) (A) (i) (I) of the INA and allowed to withdraw his application for admission,
He asked me to apply for right Visa i.e L1 and come to US
Now any company has agreed to initiate my L1B Visa.
I would like to understand is there anything negative against me, shall I wait for sometime or apply for L1 visa now.
Has anyone else faced the same problem... any recommendations would be of great help.
