Hi,
I am currently working at a MNC (> 1.5 lakh employees) as a Technical Program Manager for ~1 year.
- I have been working for my current firm for 2.5 yrs
- Overall, I have 5.5 years of Work Ex.
- I am planning to apply for an Internal Transfer to our US office. I wish to apply through a L1A visa as I wish to settle there long term
- My total compensation in India is > 20lpa and will be greater than 120K when I transfer to the US
- I am managing 2 programs having a good amount of impact on our organization (6 team members in India, 4 in the US - Although I am the Program Manager, none of them report to me)
Before I contact our immigration team, I wish to get an understanding of my eligibility for L1A. Is there a possibility of me getting through. If yes, is there a good chance / borderline case / need more info to make a call?
