L1 b blanket visa renewal stamping

Hello, our L1b blanket visa is expiring in Nov2015. Company has filed the extension petition for the same. We need to go for some reason to India in Dec. 2015. And come back to USA again.
So can anybody help us whether we should go to canada for stamping or we should go back to india and do the stamping. We are confused as visa got rejected then what to do?

Try for renewal before your visa expiration.
This would make sure your entry to US, based on current visa, even if renewal is rejected.
Also, if you are lucky then you may get 3 year I94 validity on entry since you are L1B Blanket visa holder.

Just to answer to your question, if visa renewal is rejected in Dec, then you will not have any option but to stay in India and apply for fresh L1 [ if not H1 ] after 365 days.
Canada is not the option for L1B stamping. it is home country where one must apply for renewal.
