Employer acquired after petition approval. Next steps?

Hi,

My employer has applied for L1A. Petition has been approved and before I went for stamping our employer 'ABC' has been acquired by some other company 'XYZ'. Note that the acquisition of US counterpart of my employer 'ABC' by 'XYZ' is still in progress.

I'd like to know if the approved petition is still valid and if I can go for stamping with my original approved petition itself or not?

If yes, do I have to carry any documents related to 'XYZ' financials and my position in the company etc?
If no, what would be the next step? Should I wait till US counterpart has to be acquired?

Please advise.
