Hi,
I applied for L1B-blanket which got rejected citing lack of proof for specialized knowledge in first week of September 2015. Visa officer asked me to apply under different visa category. I communicated this to my company's attorney and they think that my case was strong and should not have been rejected. They are considering to re-apply under L1B-blanket again and simultaneously working on filing L1B-individual petition with USCIS. My question is if I am able to convince the visa officer about my specialized knowledge in next L1B-blanket interview, is there a possibility that the visa will be rejected because of
1) my previous rejection few weeks back or
2) new visa application and rejected one uses the same blanket petition
