L1B blanket got rejected and VO asked me to apply for L1B individual
Hi All -
I attended my L1B blanket visa interview 2 days before at Chennai.
after done with all questions the VO told me that your visa can not be approved in his category. You can apply for L1b Individual.
he specifically said L1B Individual.
Question 1: what would be the reason for that? because even L1B indvidual also refers to specialized skill.
Question 2 : How much time again it will take to get it approved?
Could anyone please help me?
