1) My L1 A is valid till FEB 2017 means we have 17months . If company petition I -40 for me , in due time of processing does it makes any impact to travel outside US ?
2) We have option of filling I 485 together . If filled I -40 and I -485 together will that create any issues for free travel outside and returning ?
3) What is advisable in this case to file both together or file I - 485 after getting I 40 approved ? ( because I 485 involves health certificates etc which are only for one year ) .
