Hi all,
I am in L2 dependent visa....my husbands company informed us to make the documents ready for GC Process..
The issue I have is my DOB certificate date differs from all other documents the difference is exactly 6 months. I was born at Kerala, India where all the DOB are registered .kindly suggest the options what to be done..when I check the website mentioned that Non availability certificate for the particular date can be submitted where the Kerala municipality told that they won't give as they go as per records ....what is the option should I do ???? I am in USA presently with husband and a year old baby
..I have visa till June 2016 only...please send suggestions..
