Hi there,
my company is based in South Africa and they are sending me to the US on a L1 visa to open a branch office.
Currently the subsidiary LLC has been created and I am flying in to Chicago next week to create the bank accounts and make other arrangements.
It is time to submit the I-129 Petition - I have four questions:
- Firstly how is the petition submitted - do we print it out and post it?
- Which postal address is best for the I-129 petition for an L1?
- Will they correspond back to us using post / e-mail?
- I assume that I only have to submit additional evidence with the I-129 once requested - is that correct?
