L1 application with current B1/B2 ME still active be revoke
Hi,
Just wanted to ask opinion about my current case. I had travel to US 3x using the following visas one travel a yr (B1, B1/B2 ME x2) and stayed atmost 90days each travel. Now my company wanted to apply me for L1 visa.
My question now is will my current B1/B2 ME be revoke in favor of L1?
How long will L1 process takes?
