I've my L1A visa valid until 1st week of March, 2016. Due to some issues I had to return back to India last week. There is a plan for my US travel in December but its tentative. When should I apply for my extension of L1A? Will I be able to apply for my extension from India or do I need to be in US to apply for extension.
