Hi,
I moved to U.S on L2 visa .Got my EAD after landing and working in a U.S company for few months.
Now I am about get an offer in another company. Incidentally the company is giving an offer and the company I was working in India both belongs to a same group (Same parent Company).
My question is
Is there a possibility to move my Visa status to L1 from present L2 based on the logic of same group company and Intra company transfer ?
If possible what is the procedure ?
