Hi there,
I looking for an answer to a question.
I am currently employed by an US company in a foreign office and I might apply for L1B visa in the course of 2016.
I am trying to find information about the 1 year rule and, as I am regularly spending time in the US in their main office (2 weeks periods, twice a year) I am trying to find out when I can apply to the L1B process.
In fact every time spent in the US is supposed to not contribute to the 1 year period, but I read in some specialized website that it's in fact period longer than 30 days than cannot count in the 1 year period.
Do you know anything about such rule? It's actually relevant because it might delay my application.
