  • L1 Visa 1 Year rule clarification

    Hello Team,

I have a small query regarding the L1B Visa Process:

“L visas are for intra-company transferees who, within the three preceding
years, have been employed abroad continuously for one year, and who will be
employed by a branch, parent, affiliate, or subsidiary of that same
    employer in the U.S.”

    As a case,

Suppose I have to go to US for Engineering job.

My planned date of travel is 21-dec-2015

I have rejoined the same Organization on 05-Jan-2015, but he has worked
previously in same organization from (03-Aug-2011 to 13-Sep-13), (Overall
having 1.6 Years in last 3 Years)

Am I eligible for the L1B Visa?

    Please suggest.

Is your employer filing L1B individual or L1B Blanket?
