Hi All,
Could you please suggest or advise on below question?
I went to US on H1-B visa in the period of 2008 -09 ,Now my present company is willing to file L1-B for me but I thought of exclude H1-B work experience due to some other reasons (i.e.1 year) to process L1 .
Should it mandatory to include H1 B work experience while filing L1 B? or Is it Ok if I have not mentioned ?
