Morning,
I am in the US on a L1A visa and my green card application has been submitted by my current employer. I have been asked by my current employer to move into a different role within the same firm but the immigration specialist has informed me that I cant do this until my Green Card has been granted. This sounds legitimate but thought I would ask if anyone else has had a similar experience or if there is a way to get around this?
