Hi,
My company is initiating L1 for me, I have been working in this company for 9.6 years and currently I am Project Manager leading ~10 people.
I have hands on experience in leading and managing the team for past 4 years having said that functionally they report me not hierarchically.
Most probably my firm will be expecting to continue the same role in US leading a team minimum of 10 to 15 people, and I have expertise in proprietary tools in PM as well technical tools.
So I am little confused which one to go with?
Please suggest which one has higher success rate for my profile and are there any advantages of applying L1A over L1B.
P.S: My whole family (Spouse + 2 Kids (one of them is infant)) will be accompanying me.
