  • L2 Waiver Program or Drop Box Eligibility criteria

    Hi

My wife and I was in US on L2 & L1 B Blanket visa respectively. My wife L2 visa was stamped in March 2015 and she got visa till my I-129 S expiry date.

My I-129 S was getting expired in June 2015, due to that I filed for visa extension for both of us which got denied, hence we had to return to India.

Recently my L1-B Blanket got approved & stamped again in India. Next, I need to go for my wife L2 visa stamping in India.

Since, my wife last visa got stamped this year only, Is she eligible for Waiver Program or Drop Box stamping?

Yes, since her Visa is expired no longer than 12 months, she should be eligible.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

Thanks for your opinion. Being myself as a primary applicant, Can I drop off my wife L2 application on behalf of my wife to Visa Stamping Application centre?
