    B2 overstay by 1 month and applying for L2 visa from home country

    Dear Forum- I am on l1b Visa and want to marry a girl who came to US on b2 visa but she has overstayed by 1 month. What are the chances that if she returns to home country, we get married there and then she applies for l2 visa, that the visa would be granted. Will the overstay be a problem in that case.
