L1B to GC
I am supposed to come to USA on L1B Visa with 5 years stamping, the questions are:
- What I should/can start the GC process?
- What are the requirements from my side and my employer?
- How much time it usually talks provided that my country of birth is Egypt?
- Does GC come to me and my spouse and children having L2 visas at the same time when applying to them with me?
- Is there any possibility to extend my L1B visa beyond the 5 years waiting for GC to get processed?
