L1 to H1 Conflicts --Urgent

Hi All,

I m on L1B-I94 From Company A till Sep 2016 but for this year I have applied H1 and got approved by Company B .But i want continue in the same Company A till Oct 31st 2015 and go back to India and continue with the same company. Due to some issues I dont want to convert to H1B and resign the Company A .

So anyone please advice me i can stay till 31st Oct 2015? I know my COG will be effective from Oct 1st 2015 but can i still be in Company A??
Please let me know if staying one month is an Illegal?

If H1 was applied as COS and its approval came with a new i94 then you have to work with H1 employer from COS date. Any employment with L1 is illegal unless you leave US and return back on your L1 visa.

Legally you can stay only if you work for H1 employer not for L1 employer.

If I got back to India will my new H1 B get revoked automatically ? Or i can transfer to some other Employer in India and come back? Please advice becos i have issues with current H1B Employer so i want to go back to india and work for same L1 Company.
