Hi ,
My daughter ( 4 yrs old) has a L2 visa from my husband. Her I 94 is valid till Oct 2016
My husband is leaving the country on 30th Oct and changing his employer in India. ( 31st oct will be his last working day)
I have a L1 visa from my company valid till Feb 2017.
I intend to leave USA with my daughter by December end. So when we leave I will have a valid L1 visa and my daughter will be out of status.
Can there be any issue when we leave.
Is there any other alternative to get her a valid visa within the next 2 months
