L1 Dependents Visa - Need Clarification
Hi,
Pls look into my case and respond appropriately as I am getting mixed reaction from different people so thought to get an answer from you people.
• I am on L1B here in US and my visa (sticker) is expired 4 months before and currently am on valid I-94.
• My Dependents have valid L2 Visa (sticker) till next 2 years.
• My dependents went to India on vacation today.
• Now I will be travelling to India next month for my L1-A interview scheduled in mid Nov.
My question is do I need to file new L2 Visa for my dependents as they already have valid visa till Oct’17, since I am going for fresh L1-A?
