SSN for L2 Visa
Hello,
I was in L1 visa and changed status to H1 last week after my petition was approved. My Spouse come to US in L2 visa and I've submitted I-539 change of status 2 weeks ago but she is still in L2 status.
Can she apply for SSN now, while the I-539 change of status application is in review.
