  • Applying for L1A

    Hi,
My employer is applying L1A for me and i want to know my chances of getting approved.

I am having 8+ years of experience in MNC , post graduated from IIT and handling 11 members (2 team leads + 3 SSE +6 SE) at offshore and 4 members(1 TL+3 SSE) at onsite. My primary work is project management and also works on improving business relationships with customer.

Please help me by providing your opinion

    Thanks in advance

8 years seems a bit wanting to be qualified as a Multi-National Manager .
While no one can tell you for sure if you will get through the situation or you will not. A lot depends on

    1) Company that is filing your Petition
    2) Your years of Work experience
    3) Your Salary
    4) Your Interview - Very Important. How you talk to VO and present your case ,I am assuming if you are going for Blanket petition.

Else how your Company files for Individual petition with USCIS.

But no matter - how many forums you visit or read- no one can give you a definitive answers. Remember L1A is a premium VISA and comes with lot of scrutiny .
